UNDERWATER INSPECTION

Inspection under water using ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) is a special service Dr.techn. Olav Olsen offers for inspection of marine and underwater structures. Underwater inspection with ROVs can be cost-effective in for example dams and inside small underwater structures. Dr.techn. Olav Olsen have done several projects using the ROV and have vast experience with the equipment. Our ROV is equopped with lights, HD-camera for pictures and video, sonar and depth measure. It can operate down to depths up to 30 meteres. The equipment is light, can be transportet in a backpack and used on remote sites without road access.

We can also offer more complex inspections under water through our partners and can provide services like 3D-scanning with multi-beam sonars.
